We work with you to create a Wellbeing programme specifically with your team and your budget in mind. Together, in an interactive and relaxed setting, we teach strategies and tools which build resilience and support in the workplace. People spend such a big part of their lives at work - we want to help you support and value them. Get in touch to discuss what we can do for your company.
Your team IS your business and, as you know, every member plays a vital role in your company. You care about your team and want your business to flourish. We are passionate about finding the best way for you to value your team by offering wellbeing support. We create bespoke packages to meet the needs of your company, which might include one-off workshops, relaxation sessions or a monthly subscription.
Creating new and exciting content that responds to changing needs, that is both informative or experiential, delivered in real time, live and interactive. All of our work is delivered with clear boundaries around confidentiality and safeguarding.
We encourage companies to run these sessions during the working day, so that everyone in the team is able to access them as part of their working week. This sends a clear message that their wellbeing is important and they are valued members of the team. Programmes offered outside of work hours can be difficult for people with busy lives and commitments.
In UK law, 'employers have a duty of care. This means they must do all they reasonably can support their employees' health, safety and wellbeing'.* Although all good companies want to improve staff wellbeing as part of their support, it seems that many don’t feel they have the right training or guidance**. There are many wellbeing programmes available now and it is important to find one that meets the needs of your team.
(*Acas -independent government funded body providing impartial advice to employers and employees**Mind research quote '56% of employers said they would like to do more to improve staff wellbeing but don't feel they have the right training or guidance')
'A staggering 70 million work days are lost each year due to mental health problems in the UK, costing employers approximately £2.4 billion per year'*. For micro and small companies, the impact of just one team member off sick for more than a few days can be significant.

When we are happy we are more productive* and we are happy when we are valued, we feel part of a community, we feel confident and compassionate, we feel physically well and we enjoy what we do. Perhaps most importantly, we feel we can ask for help when we don't feel happy.
*‘There is evidence of a link between human happiness and human productivity'’ (Research by Andrew J Oswald, Eugenio Proto and Daniel Sgroi, Warwick University)
The most valuable asset to a company is its people. Happy people are more resilient, they perform better at work, need less time off sick and are less likely to resign from their role*
(*Mind '42% of staff interviewed had considered resigning when asked how workplace stress had affected them')
When we feel disconnected from others, we can feel alone and that we are not heard or supported. By providing a Wellbeing programme in the workplace, we create a culture of conversation. We learn to listen to one-another, feel more included, valued and supported. In turn, relationships strengthen, teams work more cohesively and companies experience more loyalty.
We've all been on the receiving end of a disgruntled employee and of a happy employee and we know how different the experience feels. Feeling valued at work shines through to customers. A good Wellbeing programme is not just ‘paying lip service’, it understands the connection between happy staff and happy customers.

We listen ... properly listen ... so we can understand your values and how you want your team to experience life in your company. We tell you more about our LIVE Wellbeing@Work sessions and how we can help you create a happy, productive culture in the workplace.
Now that we understand your needs and have we create a bespoke programme that fits your team, your business and your budget.
We run an extended first session to introduce guidelines on how to access and use the Wellbeing@Work sessions. This is a great opportunity for you to tell staff about the programme you have commissioned and for us to answer any questions.
We deliver your bespoke programme, hosting regular live sessions for your team. We send out details in advance about when the session is, what the session is about and anything needed in preparation. As long as staff have access to a computer, they can join in whether at the office or remotely.

Why does it feel so hard to make new habits? The intention they are made with means they are not sustainable. This session will teach you a new way of motivating meaningful changes in your life that are much more likely to “stick.”
Have you opened a family sized packet of crisps only to be shocked a few minutes later that your hand is at the bottom of an empty packet? This session is not about what we chose to eat or dieting but HOW we eat and how to do it skillfully at work.
Have you had a fairly small issue that becomes all you can think about at 3am? It's really common for our minds to get carried away. We will look at different ways our minds get caught in unhelpful thinking patterns and what we can do to change them.
