Denise Banks is a Psychotherapist and trained Mindfulness and Mindful Self Compassion Teacher, A woman who cares passionately about supporting people to thrive, especially in the face of the challenges life can throw at us.
Jonathan Ward is a Courage Coach a facilitator of the work of Brene Brown, and a Mindful Self Compassion trained teacher. He supports people to live more bravely and be kinder to themselves.
